The Setting:
Access to this play is located along the Mississippi River where there is a walking and biking path that skirts the edge of downtown and has a view when walking east has a view of the Wakฬฃaฦ Tฬฃiฬpi Native Center and the Imnizask Regional Park, home of the Wakฬฃaฦ Tฬฃiฬpi cave, a sacred Dakota site. The play takes place in a future St. Paul, in the cave.
Synopsis:
A Native military veteran sets up camp at Wakan Tipi Cave, and by listening the water and the wind, gets a vision of what St. Paul could be.
