The Setting:
Kellogg Park sits on a ledge looking out at the Missippi River and serves the many people who live in high rise apartment buildings across the street. The dog run is a popular new destination for residents and their dogs.
Synopsis:
Humans are gone. Dogs are the dominant animal, and when they sing, it’s nice.
