The Setting:
Just outside the MPR building under that ticker of news headlines, you can see across the street the UBS tower. Clinging to a ledge of that tower is a very small raccoon.
Synopsis:
Remember Summer 2018? A very small raccoon got stuck on a ledge and started climbing up.
